+ How do I book a transfer?

Click on the Online Booking button at the top right corner of the page. Enter your pick-up and drop-off addresses, choose between one-way or return, and select your desired date and pick-up time. Click on the Reserve Now button. Choose your vehicle, then proceed with the payment and confirmation process.

+ How do I know if my order has been accepted?

Once you have completed the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher detailing your booking number and all the relevant information for your trip. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact our manager by email at support@melontaxi.com or via online chat.

+ How far in advance should I book a transfer?

The timing depends on the vehicle class. Premium class vehicles or Minibus for 10, 13, 16, or 19 pax should be booked at least 8 hours in advance. Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 6 hours prior to your trip. If you don’t have that much time, you can book an urgent transfer.

+ Are there child seats available in transfer services from Istanbul Airport?

Yes, many transfer services offer child seats upon request. It’s advisable to mention this requirement when booking your transfer to ensure availability and compliance with safety regulation.

+ What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number provided to you, contacting Customer Support via email at support@melontaxi.com, or using the online chat on our website. Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

+ How can I find my driver?

For airport transfers, the driver will meet you at the arrivals area exit. It is located after the passport control and the baggage claim areas. For hotel transfers, the driver will wait in the lobby. Detailed meet-up instructions can be found in your trip confirmation voucher. It will also include the driver’s telephone number.
