+ What are the partnership requirements?
As a partner driver, you are expected to:
– Track flight arrivals and adjust accordingly.
– Be on time at the designated meeting point.
– Wait for the agreed duration without leaving early.
– Welcome passengers with a clear A4 sign or tablet showing their name.
– Politely verify the traveler’s voucher and confirm their details before starting the trip.
+ How much commission will I earn?
Partners receive a fixed percentage commission on every completed booking. The rate is transparent and does not change unexpectedly.
+ Is there a limit to the number of bookings I can accept?
There’s no set limit. You can accept as many transfers as you can reliably manage. Your booking volume depends on performance, and top-performing partners often get priority recommendations.
+ When do I receive my payments?
Payments are settled twice per month:
– Transfers completed by the 15th are paid out by the 25th.
– Transfers completed by the end of the month are paid out by the 10th of the following month.
+ What happens if a passenger doesn’t show up?
In case of a no-show:
– Call the customer immediately using the phone number on the voucher once the waiting period begins.
– Notify MelonTaxi support before the waiting time expires.
– Within 3 business days, provide evidence (e.g., time-stamped photo or report) that you were present at the pickup point.
+ What documents are required for verification?
To complete verification, we require:
– A recent company registry extract or online link showing ownership details.
– A valid license/permit for transfer services (for each vehicle).
– A passport or ID copy of the authorized company representative.
– Passenger and vehicle insurance documents, including liability coverage.
